In the process of dental crown manufacturing, The Dental milling tools are a major part of the process, the crowns are imaged and modeled by a variety of CAD/CAM machines, and then the dental milling tools are used by 5-axis machining platforms.

PCD (Diamond) Dental milling tools are far superior to existing TC (Tungsten Carbide) tools in terms of longevity (up to 15 times), accuracy, and efficiency, resulting in cost reduction for end users.

Telcon has developed PCD dental tools for machining Zirconia crowns on various machining platforms.

Telcon’s PCD end mills for dental crown fabrication are a world-first and patented solution.
